With many years of experience in a Wiltshire planning authority and qualifications in both urban design and conservation, Julian provides a unique blend of expertise as an Urban Design and/or Heritage Expert Witness, and has recently been involved in a number of public inquiries in and around Oxfordshire.
Design Review
Julia currently sits on the South West Design Review Panel, having previously been involved with other panels in the south west. Julian has also been a part of design review panels within Wiltshire. Both Julia and Julian are available for design review services in the region.
